Hello,
Our SAML integration to Rubrik stopped working today. I tried fixing everything from the sign on URL to changing the certificate. Suddenly, it creates a separate chiclet that no one created. And the weirder thing is that that chiclet doesn't show up on the list of app integrations. However, that chiclet actually does routes through Rubrik seamlessly. I don't know what to do next and since the chiclet does not show up in the list of app integrations, I can't assign that chiclet to anyone. The user that receives this chiclet is the same user assigned to the old Rubrik app integration.
Looking for any suggestions or ideas on what is happening. Thank you!

Hello @BrianL.63969 (Centralia College) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
If there is a tile of an application on the end-user's Dashboard, that application has been added by the end-user from the Catalogue and it is managed by the end-user. Usually these applications are SWA not SAML.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Hello @paul.stiniguta1.508386743840768E12 (Okta, Inc.) ,
Thank you for the reply. This extra chiclet was created and assigned to the users that has been assigned with the SAML application. It wasn't created by any of our end user since this specific application is assigned to the Sysadmins and Network Admins only. The following day, that extra tile/chiclet also stopped working. So now, both of the chiclets does not work and we had to make a bookmark app as a temporary solution.
We tried everything from matching the documentation and also resetting the chiclet itself by creating a new one that followed every step of the documentation. And nothing seems to solve this problem.
Hello @BrianL.63969 (Centralia College) In this case I would recommend to Open a case with Support for additional investigation and assistance on this matter.
