For some reason the Support request wouldn't let me add more information. So here it is:
The question is saying that the Child Flow (now helper flow) doesn't count towards a limit? But it does? My company has 5 flows allowed and I had to turn some off to turn on the Helper flow. Which then took up a spot.
@NathanH.80600 (Customer) -- Ah, for the test. The answer is "Depends". The Legacy Workflows entitlement did not count helper (formally known as child) flows against the usage count. The fact that it is using the old term means it is likely dated information.
The current available product levels are found here:
https://help.okta.com/wf/en-us/content/topics/workflows/flow-limits.htm
@NathanH.80600 (Customer) -- I missed this was part of the Flowgrammers training. Yes, the training is definitely a bit dated. Some of the Q/A is going to be dated (like I mentioned previously Child now == Helper). Additionally, things like Streaming didn't exist at the time that training was designed and there have also been many "Action" adds just on the Okta cards alone. Not to mention some additional functions that didn't exist at the time of the training.
However, with that being said the training is still valuable and a good first place to start. The concepts / usage examples are still 100% relevant. It will still teach you "How to use" the product and how to design flows effectively.
I would also take a look at these:

@NathanH.80600 (Customer) -- Also inquired internally. It does look like the training it is on the roadmap to be updated to make it more in-line with the current product terms.
Okay thank you for all the information and for inquiring internally. I figured it was a legacy thing. I'm taking the Specialty Workflow Cert Exam next week at Oktane. Do you know if those exam questions are up to date with the latest Workflows topics/features?
@NathanH.80600 (Customer) - I would expect that they are. The cert/questions is a much newer release than the older flowgrammer training. There is a free Exam here done in DOMC which is what the actual exam leverages. This will give you an idea of the format.
