Provisioning tab not showing up on salesforce integration app with LCM SKU

I believe we have LCM SKU but the provisioning app is not showing up on the SF integration app.

 

Does this also require OIE Upgrade?

    An OIE upgrade is not required. 

    If you have the proper entitlement, you will need to check with our colleagues from the Support team by opening a case or by reaching out to your Okta Account Executive so they can ensure the proper features have been enabled for your tenant.
