Does OKTA plan to support Oauth2 Client Credentials for SCIM provisioning
Now in the article for SCIM provisioning https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/apps/apps_app_integration_wizard_scim.htm?cshid=ext_Apps_App_Integration_Wizard-scim is written that that Okta supports OAuth2 authentication with authorization endpoint and token endpoint. This is Oauth2 authentication with grant type Authorization code.
We would like to know whether Okta plans adding OAuth2 authentication with grant type Client Credentials where the authorization endpoint won't be needed. If this is planned, when this functionality would be accessible for the users?

There currently is no plan of implementing this.
Typically, I would recommend submitting a feature requests on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab, but in this case the following preexisting request might help.
