How to Bypass Microsoft Sign-In Page for Portal Chiclets?

Hello! I'm looking to bypass the Microsoft sign-in page when using the chiclets from our portal so users don't need to re-enter their email and password after their initial login. They should automatically be signed in when they're already logged into our portal. We've been receiving calls to our IT helpdesk about issues with accessing Microsoft apps, and this should help address that problem.

  • Hello @BrianL.63969 (Centralia College) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

This would indicate a problem with the WS-Federation, I would recommend to review the account used for the federation to see if that changed or if the admin privileges have been removed or altered.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
