Unable to Register a Support Case

I registered for a Free Zscaler OCC Account and then when trying to open a new support case using a super user i am getting below error. Can someone quickly help on this.

 

You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case

Ideally there is no need to create a role and permissions for a Super Admin User but still i tried creating a different user with Case Admin Permission roles mentioned but still same issue.

 

I see other users also have mentioned the same issue in past, any resolution is appreciated.

    For all intents and purposes, these type of tenants count as free trial. As such, they do not get the option to open support cases. 

    That being said, OCC orgs are entitled to 3 tickets per year, so if you require assistance and haven't found a solution on the Okta Help Center site, please email us at community@okta.com from the email address associated with a SuperAdmin, provide the Okta Org URL and we'll look into opening a support ticket on your behalf.
