So we have enable Microsoft Remote Help within our Intune portal, however the Remote help app on both Windows and MacOs does not authenticate becuase the O365 domain is federated. Is there a work around to this?
The reason I ask is that we have one enrolled Windows laptop that seems to bypass this and work perfectly?
Any help on this would be great as we are moving away from the current provider soon to to huge prices hikes!
