Since the other Okta admin left the company, I have been the only admin of our organization. One day, I could not log on to the Okta site with the correct credentials(auto-fill by the browser), and my account seemed locked. I tried to contact Okta support to fix the problem, but all the support methods require a sign-in or Account ID; I tried calling 1-800-219-0964(Account ID required) and emailing support@okta.com(Login required). Then I tried emailing the Account Executive but got an Undeliverable email saying that the Account Executive's email address does not exist.
So today, I registered a trial account and posted this to the community. I hope someone, esp. the Okta support guys, can help since the trial account cannot open a support case.

The email address support@okta.com has been retired. Please email us at community@okta.com with the URL of both orgs (the one you are trying to access and the trial), as well as the email address of the Super Admin (who has left) and your own.
