Username not same with the application source

Hi Okta team,

When trying to do Okta import, found out that profile source username is not the same in Okta User Management?

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM4z000008eOho

Here's my okta mapping. Is there a way I can enable the configure mapping from this username attribute, like I wanted to map it appuser.userName -> login?

/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EM4z000008eOht

Appreciate your help.

Hi @Mary GraceY.53150 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

You will need to check your Application username format configuration under Okta Admin Dashboard Applications SuccessFactors "Sign on" tab Credential Details.

You most likely have a custom configuration there that is set to append the word "test" to the incoming values.
