Does Okta supports Salesforce on Alibaba?
Does Okta supports Salesforce on Alibaba? We found it doesn't work for Alibaba but work for global Salesforce. Anyone knows it?

I'm not seeing any support for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud as of now.
We have SSO support for regular Salesforce and separately for Alibaba.
I would have recommended submitting this as a feature request but typically the Vendors are the ones that submit new integrations to the Okta Integrations Network, so I recommend checking with their support team as well.

Thanks @Mihai N. (Okta, Inc.). This is really helpful. Where can I submit a request for this feature? So even the regular Salesforce is developed by the Vendors?

You can suggest this on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
