I have been asked to see if Radware would be able to monitor our OKTA instance. I have serached OKTA KB and cannot find anything about this. I am suspecting that is due to OKTA not allowing this can someone expand on this for me please.

While I'm not familiar with the Radware integration, a quick check online shows it's a DDoS protection service.
Okta already has its own way of handling this. Adding an additional one at a tenant level should not be required.
