I was doing some testing and deleted my Okta Verify app on my phone and now I cannot access my Okta trial admin account since it requires okta verify to access - anyway I can regain access to my account?

Yes, you can regain access with an MFA reset. Please email us at community@okta.com. Include the org's URL and the email address of the Super Admin account in the email and ask for a MFA reset. Once it is done, we will let you know, and you will be able to re-enroll your phone.
