ScottK.36839 (Customer) asked a question.

Access to security compliance documentation

Hi Okta,

While I can login to our tenancy console I think don’t have a suitable Okta Administrator role assigned to my account for me to access the Okta Security Documentation: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/okta-compliance?language=en_US

What Administrator role listed here: https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/security/administrators-admin-comparison.htm is required to access these documents?

Regards,

scott

Hi @ScottK.36839 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.

If you do not already, please ensure you have a Super Admin level permission on your account.

It's also worth checking which account you have logged in. You should use the production org's account if you have multiple accounts from multiple orgs (maybe one preview, one production, or one developer).

If there are other Super Admins in your org, ask them to check your admin-level permissions within the production org of your company. You can also ask them to check if they can access the documentation.

If this doesn't help, you may need a Support ticket for in-depth troubleshooting. You can open one here. If you do not have access, ask another Super Admin from your company to leverage their account and open a case for you.

    Regards.
