Mandatory multifactor authentication - Microsoft - OKTA impact

Support,

We have an OKTA MFA setup on our on-premises AD server, which is synced to O365 using Azure AD Connect and is currently being used as the MFA solution for our users.

With Microsoft planning to enable MFA for all tenants, we want to confirm if any changes are necessary to avoid requiring users to authenticate twice—once with the OKTA app and then again with Microsoft. Our preference is to continue using OKTA for MFA.

Below is the MS notification.
