MFA Enforcement will make service accounts to lose access to okta admin console how to overcome this situation

I'm not sure I understand the use case where changes will affect the service accounts.
As I understand it, the MFA enforcement will not apply to general authentication of users that have Admin privileges, but to the explicit login into the Okta Admin Console via the UI. In our use case we are allowing the service accounts to log into okta admin console through policies of MFA exception if it makes as mandatory then these Service accounts(uses by many users of team) have to go through with MFA right?
