Could we publish a SCIM provisioning app in OIN without SSO app integration

We have a custom SCIM compliant app that supports OAuth 2 authentication and we would like to use Okta as a provisioner for our custom SCIM compliant app. In the documentation (https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/apps/apps_app_integration_wizard_scim.htm?cshid=ext_Apps_App_Integration_Wizard-scim) we read that Adding SCIM provisioning to an OpenID Connect (OIDC) integration isn't currently supported. Therefore, with the Okta Wizard we created a private SAML app with SCIM provisioning (TestScimApp). We just added some fake data for the SAML SSO because what we are in fact interested in is - the SCIM proviosioning tab to appear and in it to authenticate to our custom SCIM compliant app through OAuth2. We verified that in this way we can make requests to our custom SCIM compliant app.

Now we research the possibility to publish the TestScimApp in OIN. In OIN Manager in the tab SCIM we enabled SCIM and we will set the URL of TestScimApp and other configurations (cleint key, secret) for the OAuth2 communication with our custom SCIM compliant app. We wonder would it be enough to fill in General Settings and the SCIM tab (SCIM is enabled) and to leave the rest of the tabs/integrations (OIDC and SAML SSO) off, in order to publish our TestScimApp (which is with unused SAML with SCIM provisioning) successfully in OIN?
