Once a user starts the KYC process (status = init), but doesn't complete it, is the session kept or do they need to start from the beginning once they exit?

I'm not sure I understand what you are referring to as KYC in the context of Okta. I see the question is tagged with "Workflows" , but it don't think this is referring to the Okta Workflows
Are you referring to some kind of authentication integration or are you referring to Okta's Self-Service Registration feature?
