company Domain Change help
Our company is changing names, and we have to completely dissolve our old name and domain. we have over 100 apps linked with SAML that all have to be rebuilt. Okta has told me that we have to fully change our account to get the new information we need to rebuild each app connection. But once we make the swap, it will break sign-on for each app. So it looks like I'm gonna break everything. Has anyone dealt with this or have ideas on how to make this possible?

While I understand your pain in this case, I don't see a way around the work that needs to be put in. If your company domain name change implies the change of the Okta subdomain, all metadata will need to be updated for the integrations as per this article.
