Okta Authenication in trusted network

Hi,

usually when accessing Okta inside the office we dont need to authenticate and re-enter the credentials. The public IP is setup in Okta as trusted networks. Since some time this doesnt work anymore - Users need to enter his User / PW every time they access okta page or any other service inside okta.

Anyone had this issue or know how to fix ?

Thank you!

Hello @jgcxv (jgcxv) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

I would say that this would indicate that the IP's from the trusted network are no longer up to date with what your internal network uses. I would recommend to review the System log with that IP is being used and if that IP exists in the Network Zone. Also make sure that the configurations on the Okta org have not changes since this was setup.
