4pzu9 (4pzu9) asked a question.

SLO issue with Laravel - Invalid signature

I'm implementing OKTA authentication in my Laravel project using SAML2.

I'm getting an error when doing Logout

FAILURE: Invalid Signature

LegacyEventType

app.auth.slo.saml.invalid_signature

In my Laravel project I have configured the certificate, however how can I get the Private Key?

I hope someone can help me!

Thank you very much

  • Hi @4pzu9 (4pzu9) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

I checked the Okta Integration Network catalog and Laravel does not have an integration listed, this means that support might be limited.

If you configured SSO via a Custom SAML app, it's up to the SP(service provider/app) side to provide a valid certificate (.pem format) to be used in the case of SLO.

Please review this documentation for instructions on how to configure SLO.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!
