76ahb (76ahb) asked a question.

Is there some way how to avoid logging in 30+ times per day?

Hello, our org CIO implemented OneID and Okta and users have to authenticate via Web browser sometimes even more then 30 times per day... it takes 20-40 minutes every day just to authenticate.

Is there wrong implementation of Okta and OneID or is there some better way to implement this?

Maybe there is some utility that could authenticate Once per 24 hours and all other apps would use this?

I might be special user as I use multiple browsers and PROD and PREPROD environments so that increase number of required authentications per day.

Hi @76ahb (76ahb) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

I checked and the Okta Integration Network catalog and OneID does not seem to be one of the apps listed there, so support might be limited depending on the type of implementation.

If it's a SAML app, you could review the Authentication Policies configured in Okta for it.

That being said, the Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.

If you have an account with us, I recommend opening a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to get to the bottom of things.

    Regards.
