when Okta workflow console support custom domain. some application only allow connect by the domain which is the customer's and it has already been filed. so the okta sub domain is not allowed.

      hi @a0n5s (a0n5s)

Not sure if you have seen this article "Workflows Console Required to Authenticate Custom Domain" calling out the differences between NO custom domain, ONE custom domain or MULTIPLE custom domains.

We do have some customers that are not able to login via the custom domain and have created an additional account to access workflows. I think with RBAC coming soon (please watch PROD release notes they could look at restricting access to just workflows related items as well.

If this isn't what you are looking for, please open a support case for more help

Not sure why this shows customer. I am a support team lead for the workflows product line

      Hello @a0n5s (a0n5s) ,

Most customers leverage SAML and OpenID Connect-based IdP connectors to set up Federation. There are no plans to add support for OAuth-based external IDP. Please check our CIC product if you are looking for additional Social Identity provider support out of the box.
