I have created and stood up an SPA. The SPA is in a on-premise environment. The OAG is integrated to a Okta tenant. When setting up the SPA to a header-based application in the Okta Access Gateway, it requires an external URL. However, the SPA has no external URL because it's on-premise. Is there any guidance as to how to apply the on prem application into OAG?

Hello @262n8 (262n8) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
OAG is designed to serve on-prem applications through a public URL. Users will be directed to OAG using public domain and then OAG will proxy to backend app. End user will not be aware about backend URL since its proxied.
In case you can't use a different public domain value you can also use the same on-prem url.
Please also see this link for a better understanding on how OAG works.
