Not able to open a case

I am unable to open a case as stated that i do not have access to create a case.

Even though i have performed the steps given to give myself the Case Admin permission.

And now, the instance being lockout and no one able to sign in.

    Please email us at community@okta.com from the email address associated with your SuperAdmin account and provide the Okta tenant URL that you are having issues with. 

    From there we can start looking into what is causing the issues and provide further assistance.

    w are having the same issue after Okta migrated support.okta.com to Fedramped instance. After the migration we are not able to login into Okta community from Okta US Cell5 (Fedramped tenants). Get the error stating "Problem Logging In. We cant log you in because of the following error: NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user"

        @Mihai Negoita - Okta (Okta, Inc.)​ ok thanks. Maybe we can get some sort of traction from Okta to resolve these issues.
