I tried upgrading to To Okta Identity Engine, but the UI instructed me to contact customer support. After contacting customer support (1-800-219-0964), they instructed me to post a question here.
Can I get assistance with this upgrade? My account is dev-320845.okta.com.

If you are trying to upgrade to OIE and there are special features that need to be disabled/enabled, unfortunately that is not possible for Developer accounts. From the community side we can only provide guidance on what you could do, and for that please see our article:

Please note that all new Developer accounts are already upgraded to OIE, so you can try to create a new tenant.
