As an end user or as an admin?

As an end user it depends on which authenticators are set to allow for recovery (e.g. Email, Okta Verify, etc.) If you are already logged into Okta you can try clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner, clicking Settings, and you should see the option to reset your password.

As an admin you'll need the correct permissions and you should be able to go into a user in the directory, and click on reset password. It should send a reset email to both the primary and secondary email addresses on file.

    Hi, @AhmedA.27865 (Customer)

Thank you for posting on our Community page!

While Okta provides the Product, individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.

Okta Verify features are available based on configurations made by your organization.

Please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help with login issues and provide further assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
