I have set up the Slack app in Okta, and SSO seems to be working correctly for a test account. However, when I attempt to log in with my admin account, it logs me into an incorrect Slack account. Any ideas on how I might troubleshoot this issue?

The issue could be in the username that is assigned to your user on the Okta application. Navigate to the Assignment tab in the Slack application in Okta and check what value is assigned for your user account and correct it if necessary.

Thanks for the note. I checked the assignment and it appears to be my correct email. Any other ideas?
Hello @b1ar1 (b1ar1) The only other issue that I can think of would be if the link between the Okta account and Slack account was done incorrectly. However for this it would require additional troubleshooting and integration review, as such I would recommend to Open a case with Support.
