    Hi @User15985423756742617696 (Customer) ,

I apologize, it seems I've copied the wrong info in the hyperlink I previously sent. I meant to send this.

That aside, please note that AMFA is not something a user has. It is a suite of features which if your company has purchased, offers additional options for configuring your Okta tenant's authentication policies.

A table with specific differences between basic MFA and AMFA is available in the provided article.

    Regards.

Hi @User15985423756742617696 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Just to clarify, "Adaptive MFA" would the SKU which encompasses all the MFA related feature and this is org wide.

If you are looking for a list of users that have some form of MFA enrolled for their account, please check the following:

    https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/reports/mfa-enrollment-user-report.htm

Another useful report, might be the MFA Usage one:

    https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/reports/mfa-usage-report.htm

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

        Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your request.

Please check the following doc that goes a bit more in detail about the features:

        https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/adaptive-mfa-vs-mfa?language=en_US

And to confirm if you have the SKU enabled for your org, you should reach out to your Okta Account Executive or open a case and the Support Team can look into it for you.

        Regards.

      • Yes you are.

How can I tell if a user is set to use MFA or AMFA?

I know what the differences are and I just need to know on a user level if they are using AMFA or just regular MFA
