Did Okta ever support Delete in SCIM? I could swear, I built custom scim connectors for Okta and I got an event when a user was deleted in Okta.
DELETE /users/userid
Now I see everywhere that Okta only deactivated users via SCIM.

Delete was never supported. If you are interested in this Feature, you can suggest it on the Okta Community page by going to the Community→ Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
