Hi Team,
I have integrated okta with servicenow, i only synced to app not to okta under provisioning. But any how i am getting the servicenow groups under app group. How can we delete them or stop syncing from servicenow, however i have have unchecked the import group as well.
Need your support here.

You need to disable Import Groups setting from the Provisioning tab, if this has been disabled after Provisioning was initially enabled you need to perform a manual import so that the groups imported are removed. Please also see our article below on this matter:
