We use SCIM to provision our Users from Consensus App to Okta. The connection Okta->Consensus works well but when we use Import (Consensus->Okta), nothing happens and import with 0% is displayed for forever. We checked on our side - there is no requests from Okta side to import Users. What should it be?

I recommend checking the API connection for the implementation, perhaps revalidate the credentials.
From there you can move on to checking the Import Monitoring dashboard for any relevant information. In the Admin Console, go to Reports →Import Monitoring.
You might also check for any import safeguards that might have been triggered, as they could have stopped you import jobs until resolved.
