I have everything set and tested with Microsoft365 user provisioning through OKTA. We already had Office365, so we have a lot of users already on it. Setting up OKTA SWA with provisioning works great, but the only major issue that I have is when I assign a user account to the Office365 OKTA app the existing user account in Office365 loses their assigned apps. I then have to manually reassign the apps.
Obviously not everyone in my org has the same Office365 apps assigned to them so I cannot perform a "bulk" provisioning this way and would have to do it manually one by one then reassigning the apps afterwards.
Is there a way to assign the Office365 app to my users and not have the currently assigned Office365 apps removed?

@MikeB.46234 (Customer) - SWA isn't really the route you want to go here. It is a fallback for applications that do not support actual provisioning.
Take a look at the following article. It has a link to a bunch of different articles all around setting up O365. It is complex. I would read through this and if needed open a support case.
