Can't access My Org and My apps - seeing Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT messages in browser console

I had a trial account, then I purchased a IT Products - Adaptive Single Sign-On which is valid till October, 2024. I can sign into okta.com, however when I choose MyOrg or My Apps, the browser refreshes the same page. I am seeing 404 errors in the developer tools console and many Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT messages.
