I had a trial account, then I purchased a IT Products - Adaptive Single Sign-On which is valid till October, 2024. I can sign into okta.com, however when I choose MyOrg or My Apps, the browser refreshes the same page. I am seeing 404 errors in the developer tools console and many Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT messages.

That is not a veri familiar error. Have you tried adding /login/default and see if you can login by the default login?
If that does not work we recommend to reach out to Support and provide further assistance on this matter.
