Hi,
We wanted to turn off the authenticator application method on our inventanalytics.okta.com account for a while, but it is currently not accepting our user login and there is the error below. Can we get support regarding the issue?
We have not been able to use it properly since we bought it.

Hello @FatihB.10938 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
I believe you might have missed to attach the error. If you are having problems with the Authenticators, the problem could be a misconfiguration and if needed they can be disabled and users can use Username and Password for login. However we do not recommend this, as it lowers the security of your Organisation and Policies.
