If user from okta is deactivated okta in not notifying the scim provisioned app
- User provisioning in enabled in SCIM APP
- Deactivate user checkbox is checked under provisioning tab.
- User is assigned to the SCIM APP by assigning a GROUP which is assigned to the SCIM APP
- User is pushed to the provisioned app
- When user is deactivated okta is not deactivating the user in provisioned app.
Expectation: User should get deactivated in provisioned app as well.
How to debug: what exact request is send to the SCIM provisioned app when user is deactivate and unassigned from group?

As per our documentation, to deactivate/delete a user "The active attribute in an Okta user profile represents the user's current status.". Once the user is deactivated in Okta, the attribute is set to false. To make sure everything is setup correctly, please make sure that "update attributes" functionality is also enabled.
