Where to find license information?

Hello Okta Community--

 

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find license information within my Okta tenant. By license information I mean the following:

 

  • license entitlement, term dates, etc. Is there a way to view license information within our tenant or would that be somewhere in the support portal? Meaning we purchased x-amount of licenses, and with the Okta for Good program we get x-amount of additional licenses. With that understanding, is there a way that I can view the information regarding those pieces of licensing information?
  • Would the above also show any information for any of the other licenses that we currently using, along with the aforementioned information. (e.g. term dates, etc.)

    This type of information is not available in the Okta Admin Dashboard. 

    You will need to discuss this with your Okta Account Executive. 

    If you don’t have their contact info or don’t know who is currently assigned to your account, please open a case and my colleagues from the Support Team will put you in touch.

      Hi there Mihai, not exactly the answer that I was looking for, but one that I will accept. It seems like that isn't to convenient to always have to ask your account executive to get a simple answer. Most appliances and cloud based solutions I have used have that functionality built into the UI. Because I am new to Okta, is there a feature request capability built into the support portal?

      • That is understandable. You can suggest Feature Enhancements on the Okta Community page by going to the Community Ideas tab. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members. High popularity will increase the likelihood of it being picked up by the Product Team and it being implemented.
