Updating integration information

I’m trying to figure out how to update an outdated integration published by our company. The integration is available, and even documentation is listed but it’s all very outdated (last updated > 5 years ago) and is confusing to our current customers.

 

  • I don’t know what Okta account this information is attached to, and most likely don’t have access to it
  • I found one very old “oktapreview.com” account, but can’t reset my password (need an administrator to do it)
  • Opening a support case or reaching support is (near?) impossible, hence posting here

 

What’s my next step, how can I get in touch with Okta?

    For updating the integration you need to first login to your company's OKTA tenant and for that you have top reach out to the OKTA support team.

    If you can access the SSO application, if you review the network trace, you should be able to determine what domain that integration is tied to.
