We have configured the SF community in OKTA for SSO and we would like to set up user provisioning from the OKTA and AD. We are unable to provision the user from OKTA. I am missing something that i am unable to figure out.

Thanks for contacting the OKTA, Community.
For Okta to App provisioning, go to your application, navigate to provisioning section and then go To App section to setup provisioning from okta to app.
