4vfij (4vfij) asked a question.
Previous iPhone crushed by car and almost impossible to access applications through broken screen. had to get a new phone. Transfers from iCloud did not bring over previous Okta settings and accounts. Now I am in a world of hurt . One my vendors (Norton) say there is now way to turn off 2FA without new email account to transfer existing license to. IS there a way to retrieve/transfer or turn off my old OKTA enablements?
Apple store was apple to hack into my screen view with lightning/HDMI adapter, and then by guessing at phone touchscreen locations get access to and open settings and other apps - its trial an error and slow - but we were able to get to some key things. Does knowing this help an answer?

Hi @4vfij (4vfij) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
If you still have the old device you can look into adding the account from there via the “add your Okta account to another device option”. But if the device is damaged, I don’t think this is an option. Details here:
For iOS:
https://help.okta.com/eu/en-us/content/topics/end-user/ov-ios-add-acc-bluetooth.htm
For Android:
https://help.okta.com/eu/en-us/content/topics/end-user/ov-andr-add-acc-bluetooth.htm
You can also review "Can’t add my existing account to a new or existing device" under the following troubleshooting guide:
For iOS:

For Android:

Otherwise, for security reasons you'll need to use an alternative option to sign into your Okta account and enroll the new device. If you do not have an alternative option, please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help you enroll a new device and provide further assistance. They will need to reset your MFA and this will trigger a new enrollment flow.
While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.

Hope my answer helps!
