Hi Team,

I am new to okta, i want to sync user from okta to active directory , not back from active directory to okta. i tried directory integration but it syncing back as well and changing the login name , same as active diretory. As AD has different domain.

Hi! Assuming that you have your AD domain fully integrated, you can always navigate to :

Directory > Directory Integrations > AD > Provisioning > To Okta

From here, you can elect to Never schedule an import, along with a whole series of other configurations. You can also choose to allow profile and lifecycle sourcing from AD and what to do when certain actions are taken there. Make sure that you are configuring exactly what you want to have happen.

The tap for "To App" is where you can configure creation, deactivation, and updating of users assigned.

As always, please reference the related documentation here: Getting started with Active Directory Integration This contains a ton of sub-pages that give you plenty of info.

    Hope this helps! Thanks!
