I could find the following question and answer from ~2 years ago: Allowed characters and length for client_secret (okta.com)
Is this answer still accurate? Considering the base64-encoding of client id and client secret I assume that there might be an restriction of the set of allowed characters? Would be great to have the set of allowed characters more specified.

Hi @Paul Stiniguta (Employee) thanks a lot for your reply. In this case since client_secret allows any character (i.e. also special characters) can you please provide guidance on how this will work with the base64 encoding?
