i have forgot the my okta developer password.
im the admin and the only user in this okta.
when tried to the forgot password option, i got an email saying i should contact my okta administrator - but its me:
At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link.
how do i reset my password???
Hi! At this point I would recommend reaching out to Okta Support for further assistance as we are unable to reset passwords here on the community site.
Always recommend a backup user or even enabling SSPR for these types of events in the future, sorry you are running into issues. hope this helps and thanks!
