I need to open a support case but I'm not an admin

I need assistance from Okta support but when I tried to open a case, it says I cannot since I am not an admin. Our one admin is monumentally busy with a crucial project at the moment. What is the best way around this?

    Only an Okta Administrator can open cases with support. I would recommend to reach out to one of your Okta Administrators or your Helpdesk department for additional assistance on this matter.
