Able to login to the account but when I try opening my apps I get the error:Error: User status is invalid.
Trying to reset my password also does not work because I never get the email.

I am not able to access the admin portal to edit my apps.

In this case, is there any other administrator in the Org that can help out? If there is none, I would recommend to call Support :https://www.okta.com/contact/
There is none, And I did call support but I was asked to come here instead since it a developer account.
Does this mean my account is lost?
