OKTA OIDC integration with AWS cognito for API access, with user generating token in OKTA using grant password
OKTA is a IDP provide for AWS cognito , requirement is to generate token from from OKTA using password grant type with OKTA token URL and using OKTA username password and AWS Cognito App client ID and password. How to add cognito client ID and password for generating token in OKTA ?
User will send that OKTA token and cognito will generate a new JWT token and let user access API.

There currently is no AWS Cognito implementation in the OIN, so you will need to explore available implementation option via the App Integration Wizard for OIDC in Okta and whatever documentation is available on the AWS side.
