Is there a similar control for non-admins to bind admin sessions?

Okta recently released their Bind Admin Sessions to ASN Feature (https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/how-to-test-the-bind-admin-sessions-to-asn-feature?language=en_US). This is a very helpful control against session cookie theft. It would be great if there was a way to implement the same functionality for non-admins however, I don't seem to be able to find anything.

Is there something else similar to this that I can do for non-admins? I would like to come up with a more secure option for all users to prevent session cookie theft, and I couldn't find anything in the security settings.
