    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for contacting the OKTA community.

    The only way to reset a security question is from the end user dashboard. Once logged in you will need to go to Settings on the to side of the screen beside your name on the top right corner. Under Security methods click on remove the security question and you can add the new one after removing the existing one.

    Note : that this method only works if the account is accessible.

    thanks, but this would be a manual reset. We need to have some sort of automation.
