LucasM.38748 (Customer) asked a question.
We received a message stating: UKG will be updating our expiring authentication certificate during this week's UKG Pro WFM Weekly Update. This authentication certificate is used for your Single Sign-On (SSO) logins to UKG Pro WFM.
The action steps they told us to follow are:
• Check with your IT Resource to confirm if your organization has “Accept Updated Certificates” set to ON for your SSO service to UKG Pro WFM.
• If your organization has “Accept Updated Certificates” set to ON, then the new SSO certificate will be initiated automatically. No further action is required by your organization.
• If your organization has “Accept Updated Certificates” set to OFF, please request your IT Resource to set this to ON prior to Friday, December 15, 2023.
I have checked our application within UKG application in Okta and do not see a setting for "Accept Updated Certificates". Either I'm missing it, it doesn't exist, or I am misunderstanding what I need to do.
Can you let me know what I need to do, if anything, to comply with this request?

I only find the document:https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/provisioning/ultipro/ultipro-integrate.htm
but it told :
Optional. If using SAML 2.0 as your sign-on method, click View Setup Instructions and follow the instructions.
I not find the instruction about how to setup saml integration for UKG Pro. Could you check the saml setup portal in okta whether need upload UKG certificate. It may in advance setting, maybe not enable it by Default.
Hello @LucasM.38748 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
By default we do not use the certificate from the SP, we only use it if you have setup Single Log out or very special occasions. In this case there should be no action from your end, please also see below article about this matter:
