Active Directory user manager details not syncing into Okta

Hello Support,

I need help with my AD sync please. My users' manager name and email addresses are not syncing properly into Okta. I checked provisioning and have 2 observations.

  1. ManagerID is not syncing the manager email address. It sometimes just show "NULL"

2.ManagerDN is not syncing the manager's display name. It is syncing the AD CN Object string instead.

 

I can't seem to find the correct mapping. I need Okta support to help me figure this out please.
