Hello Support,
I need help with my AD sync please. My users' manager name and email addresses are not syncing properly into Okta. I checked provisioning and have 2 observations.
- ManagerID is not syncing the manager email address. It sometimes just show "NULL"
2.ManagerDN is not syncing the manager's display name. It is syncing the AD CN Object string instead.
I can't seem to find the correct mapping. I need Okta support to help me figure this out please.

you can find the active direct profile and check the mapping attributes which not sync or sync not correct from AD to Okta

As per the articles referenced above, the function getManagerAppUser is presently not compatible with multiple Active Directory domains and/or multiple Salesforce instances. Consequently, the mapping of a specific value is unfeasible.
